An industry-leading education organisation is looking for two experienced HR Consultants for a 12/18 month

**Your new company**

An industry-leading education organisation is looking for two experienced HR Consultants for a 12-month/18-month fixed term contract. You will utilise your expertise being a true HR generalist and be able to partner with key stakeholders across the business. This role is based in Sydney CBD with a salary of $100,000k plus super.

**Your new role**
- Provide workforce strategic and operational guidance, advice and support to the Director Leadership Team, People Leaders and employees as required.
- Provide coaching and advice to relevant People Leaders on complex HR/ER related issues.
- Ensure HR/ER solutions provided to the relevant People Leader achieve positive business outcomes.
- Respond to HR requests within a timely manner.
- Complete other ad hoc work as directed by your People Leader.
- Utilise people leader tools and resources and support leader development

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be a strong Generalist having the ability to hit the ground running. You will be self-sufficient and have experience with employee relations (grievances, performance management and other complex issues); coaching and ability to work in a fast-paced business.
You will enjoy working in a complex and diverse organisation and operate in a supportive manner by coaching staff on HR principles and practices.
