**The Role** As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Taking inbound phone calls related to general enquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to their clients
- Following processes and guidelines
- General administration duties
- **Hours**: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm
- **Salary**: $60,000 - $65,000 plus superannuation
- Call centre customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Comfortable taking a high volume of inbound phone calls
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Good computer skills and high attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Looking to build a career in insurance
