Established online in 2004, our client has been one of the leading manufacturer and online retailer of interior décor products. A member of a leading international group of 12 companies, that employs over 1500 people, our client delivers a custom fit, DIY installation solution that saves end consumers up to 60% on a wide range of products.
**Role Summary**
**Core Responsibilities**
- Ownership of the business volume, revenue and profit targets across our new, soon to be launched Magento B2B commerce website.
- Ownership of the eCommerce growth strategy across all marketing channels, in conjunction with the wider business teams.
- Ownership of the CRO and UX workflows to aid delivery of an industry-leading online shopping experience.
- Overseeing the marketing & creative agencies, ensuring they are working effectively and supporting them to develop in their roles and deliver for the business.
- Effectively allocating resources to ensure the business maximises output and efficiency.
- Development and maintenance of key eCommerce partnerships, including service providers and partner brands.
- Development of the online product and services mix to drive revenue and profit growth by extending and streamlining the product mix.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the interior décor and home furnishings industries, as well as keep up to date with macro eCommerce trends & influencing events.
- Scoping of & introduction of new marketing/sales channels to grow topline revenue and profitability.
**Desired Skills**
- Experience in a mid-senior-level eCommerce position, with the comfort of hands-on execution.
- Experience developing a detailed eCommerce growth strategy with a proven track record of growing revenue and profitability.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and providing detailed sales & budget forecasting.
- Experience managing a high-performing team, including hiring, performance management and training.
- Detailed understanding of key eCommerce tools & practices such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager and more.
- Understanding of how eCommerce platforms such as Magento work to support their eCommerce strategy.
- Experience creating a detailed reporting and data extraction structure to enable growth through actionable insights.
- Highly analytical and enables business growth through their strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management of internal and external stakeholders.
