I am partnering with one of Australia's most well recognised sportswear brands. This company is seeking an established Ecommerce Manager to join their highly successful Digital team. The brand is known for their specialised performance compression clothing, catering to individuals at every fitness level.

This role will focus on Leading and delivering a high growth ecommerce strategy. You will be the driving force behind their global Shopify Plus Stack.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and execute a high-growth ecommerce strategy.
- Own the global development roadmap for our Shopify Plus store.
- Manage our full Shopify Plus/Prismic stack globally.
- Collaborate with our creative and brand team for an exceptional online experience.
- Keep an eagle eye on on-site metrics, conversion rates, and site speed.
- Lead a small but mighty team and foster global collaborations.

**About You**:

- 4+ years with Shopify/Shopify Plus.
- Proven track record in driving high-growth ecommerce.
- HTML, CSS, Liquid coding wizardry.
- Google Suite expertise (GA, GA4, Search Console).
- SEO strategy mastery.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Asana, Gorgias.
