As our Ecommerce Manager, you will take ownership of and deliver on our digital sales strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience across multiple brand platforms. Your mission will be to optimise performance, drive growth, and elevate the brands we represent online.
**What you’ll do**:
- Lead the game plan for our ecommerce platforms, making sure they’re sleek, engaging, aligned with brand direction and optimised for sales.
- Lead revenue forecasting, adjusting plans based on trends and performance.
- Monitor sales and optimise product drops, promotions, restocks, and markdowns.
- Work with teams to adjust forecasts based on sales trends and market shifts.
- Collaborate with Merchandisers and Buyers to ensure accurate stock planning to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Boost customer traffic, engagement, and sales conversions.
- Manage external partners, ensuring they meet KPIs and deliver strong ROI.
- Oversee product launches, ensuring accurate content and assets.
- Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to improve performance.
- Maximise marketplace opportunities and grow digital channels like SEO/SEM, Affiliates and Display.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation in eCommerce.
- Optimise merchandising, product positioning, and stock availability.
- Deliver reports and insights to support data-driven decisions.
- Lead marketing and promotional initiatives with the Brand, Marketing and Consumer Director.
- Foster a digital-first mindset and future-proof the business.
- Coach and mentor the team (Ecommerce Coordinator and Digital Marketing Manager) for success.
**About you**:
- You’ll have a degree in planning, marketing, digital or multimedia (or similar)
- 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce (fashion/retail preferred)
- You’ve got serious ecommerce game - experience with Shopify, or similar platforms is a must.
- You know your way around Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- You’re obsessed with customer behaviour, using insights to make data driven decisions.
- You’re a natural leader, mentor, and motivator, you make things happen and bring out the best in your team.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
