**Your new company**
A family owned and operated Construction and Development organisation working with major brands across SA, VIC and WA. **Your new role**
Reporting to the Managing Director the duties will include but are not limited to the following:

- Assist and work closely with the Project Support Co-ordinator.
- Assist fellow colleagues to achieve objectives by regular communication and assisting with any administrative duties and tasks required.
- Follow up consultants for drawings to be submitted for Building approval, development approval and building rules consent.
- Follow up Project Manager's on progress of projects with regards to services / inspections - ensure everyone is running to schedule.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Approving invoices and/or resolving any issues.
- Minute taking, typing and distribution to all relevant parties.
- Comply with Policies and procedures.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Can multi-task, work well under pressure and work efficiently and a timely manner to meet strict deadlines
- Experience in the building industry would be advantageous
