6-month contract for an ICT Project Coordinator with a background in Infrastructure Support.

**Your new company**
Our client is currently seeking an ICT Project Coordinator to join their team within the Tourism Industry. It will initially begin as a 6-month contract with the strong potential for extension or permanency.

If successful, you will be responsible for liaising between the internal employees, vendors, stakeholders, senior management and infrastructure support team to best provide a smooth transition.

**Your new role**
The role will involve but not be limited to:

- Assisting with future ideas and the roll out of structural changes
- Writing procedures and process maps
- Frequently dealing with stakeholders who have limited technical understanding
- Assisting the Infrastructure Support team with resolving arising issues with roll out and deployment projects
- Creating work instructions and procedures

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in the role you will need to possess:

- Extensive experience within an Infrastructure Support role
- Documentation and knowledge management experience
- Change management experience
- Ability to liaise with individuals with varying amount of technical knowledge and capabilities
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
