**PROJECT COORDINATOR**

**The Position**
- Provide end-to-end operational support including but not limited to registering jobs, documentation, arranging transport
- Inspections, ensuring charges are correct
- Liaising with clients throughout the entire process
- Work with an extraordinary variety of cargo from high and heavy lifts, break bulk, solar panels, Roll on/Roll off cargo, and out-of-gauge cargo
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Ensure client requirements are met
- Process invoices and ensure CW1 is updated with relevant information in a timely and accurate manner
- Complete a variety of general and administrative tasks in relation to client supply chain and logistics requirements
