**THE ROLE**:
You will be responsible to assist with the oversight of all aspects of project life cycle to include initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closing; taking project through final implementation.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Tracking and understanding documentation deliverables for multiple small projects.
- Gather documentation from the customer
- Coordinate the IT program of works and support to ensure projects deliverables & milestones are met
- Manage the coordination the relevant IT contracts & ensure adequate administration of these contracts
- Coordinate the tracking and reporting across the program of works
- Coordinate status reporting of the projects and program of works
- Establish and maintain solid working relationships with departments, key stakeholders, and partners.
- Financial management of project budgets to ensure all budgets, forecasts and costs are measured, tracked and reported
- Use appropriate tools and techniques to identify and quantify variances
- Assist in managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Project Coordination/Project Management experience required
- Exposure to technology projects and project management
- MS Project experience is desirable
- Basic understanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyse and create financial reports
- Understanding of project management industry standard framework and the development life cycle
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate well
