**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an

This role will be responsible for:

- Cash receipting and allocation of receipts to client ledgers
- Performing credit checks on prospective clients and activating new clients
- Reconciliations of customer accounts
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Investigating and processing credit requests
- Monitoring account mailboxes and actioning
- Creating and sending weekly and debtor reports to management
- Assisting in resolving disputes with the accounts and payroll teams
- Assisting with collection of overdue accounts

**What You Will Need**
To be successful in this role you will have a drive to deliver and be a highly organised individual.

Ideally you will have:

- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a real team player
- Bachelor in Business or working towards is highly desirable
