**What You’ll Do**:
As our Finance Services Officer, you’ll be a vital part of our finance team, tackling tasks like:
- **Invoice Champion**: Code and process a high volume of invoices daily (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).
- ** Statement Sleuth**: Reconcile statements like a pro.
- ** Record Keeper Extraordinaire**: Keep everything organised and help with ad-hoc reporting.
- ** Relationship Builder**: Forge strong connections with key stakeholders (teamwork is key).
- ** Vendor Guru**: Add and maintain accurate vendor info.
- ** Payment Wizard**: Prepare payment runs - EFT, BPay, and even international payments
Prior experience in these tasks is not essential we will take the time to train and mentor you.
**Who You Are**:
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Ideally, you have 1-2 years of accounts payable experience, but if you’ve got a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn, we want to chat
- Data entry or admin experience? Perfect
- Students pursuing a finance qualification? You’re totally welcome to apply
- We’ll provide training and support, plus opportunities to grow your career with us
**Bonus Points**:
- You’ve got excellent investigative skills and can work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with Oracle? That’s a plus
- Solid computer skills, especially with the Microsoft suite.
