We are committed to providing innovative solutions and services to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with Hindi to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for supervisory, technical, professional and leadership roles.
- Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Complete paperwork for new hires
- Capable of business development and client relationship management
- Input into companies services and future directions
- Overall values based approach
- Business and Sales Development to grow targetted portfolio

**Requirements**:

- To be successful in this role you will need a combination of the following;- Formal qualifications in Human Resources or similar discipline
- Be able to speak Hindi हिन्दी and other Indian languages an advantage
- Reasonable level of Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently and also part of a team
- Strong decision-making skills
- Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage clients ongoing
- Ability to work cross functionally with HR Consulting professionals
- Continuous improvement approach to work processes
- Must have working rights in Australia already established
