We are now searching for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People and Culture team. Responsible for the recruitment function, you will provide end-to-end talent selection support for all Support Office and restaurant leadership vacancies across the business. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Coordinator and People & Culture team to proactively meet acquisition objectives and drive efficiencies.
This role will also encompass some exciting project work, as we work with external partners to bring our Employer Brand and EVP to life Our P&C team is also actively building programs around community engagement which this role will have touch points throughout.
**The Role Recipe**:
- Lead the attraction, sourcing and selection process for all Support Office vacancies and Restaurant Leadership positions across our nationwide, company stores;
- Promote a performance driven culture by supporting and coaching Managers/Franchise Partners to effectively select the right people for the right roles;
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines and collaborate with Senior Leadership to support succession planning strategies;
- Manage all third-party agency relationships;
- Analyse people data to make the right strategic decision for the business and provide advice based on findings;
- Develop and roll out an Employment Value Proposition in line with our business strategy and company values.
**Key ingredients**:
- Proven experience in a Recruitment role with demonstrated expertise in sourcing top-talent (food/hospitality/retail experience well regarded).
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of positions;
- A commitment to exceptional levels of service-delivery;
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to talent sourcing with experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Premium Talent Search;
- Experience leading a recruitment function and/or small teams;
- A highly credible People and Culture ambassador consistently living the company values;
- Ability to take a holistic approach to problems while diving into the drivers of issues;
- Influencing business outcomes through developing and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor in the business.
- Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
