At United for Care our focus is on helping people with disabilities to achieve fuller, better lives. United for Care offers independent living opportunities for members of the community living with complex disabilities to live in individual apartment accommodation with 24 hour support.

**Position Overview**

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with key stakeholders to build a sustainable workforce through the attraction, recruitment and on-boarding of talent, enabling United for Care to fulfill its strategic objectives.

This role is responsible for implementing a range of recruitment marketing and social media campaigns to strengthen the UFC employment brand and build a strong talent pipeline.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain strong working relationships and engagement with internal stakeholders to plan and coordinate requirements and timeframes for talent sourcing and selection activities.
- Manage the full end to end recruitment process focusing on a values based recruitment approach.
- Provide support and coaching to hiring managers to ensure process to fill roles is undertaken within agreed times.
- Develop the EVP strategy in partnership with the marketing team to build a strong employer brand as a “great place to work”.
- Report and delivery insights on key recruitment statistic and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Work within UFC’s Code of Conduct, policies and procedures of the Quality Management System.
- Demonstrate commitment to the care, safety and wellbeing of self, participants and others in work environment.

**Position Description**
- 2-3 Years experience in an end to end internal recruitment role including high volume recruitment
- Experience in the Community Services sector.
- Qualifications in Human Resources or related field highly desirable
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and building talent pipelines
- Understanding of behavioural interviewing principles
- Exposure to workforce planning
- Sound organisational, communicative and administrative skills
- Capacity to prioritise and manage workloads within tight timeframes, problem solve and work independently.
- An ability to work innovatively and with drive for continual quality.
- Strong Customer Service focus
