**Aussie Life Care** is seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant/Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients, visitors, and employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support to management, employees and in some cases, clients and visitors
- Handling office ad-hoc duties such as answering phones, organizing files, drafting letters and scheduling meetings
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining databases and tracking important deadlines
- Handling office duties

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role is preferred
- Show initiative and be pro-active
- Great attention to detail
- Professional and friendly demeanor with exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate level of computer skills - Operate databases and various Microsoft Office programs i.e. Word and Excel
- Preferably who dealt with NDIS
- Must have police clearance & NDIS check clearance
- Must have Working With Children Checks
