A bit about your role

The Delivery PMO function sits within the On Demand Partnerships (ODP) team under the Build organisation and is accountable the operational functions across all programs of work delivered under the On Demand portfolio.

The Implementation Lead is a key member of the PMO team and is critical in the management and facilitation of change across the ODP team and into the respective Delivery Partners engaged on the program of works delivered under this portfolio. They will act as the single point of contact with key upstream stakeholders (including Governance and Insights, Customer Products and Marketing, Business and Industry Operations, Innovation, Standards and Quality) for new initiatives around process and products which will impact the ODP team.

A bit about you

As the Implementation Lead, you will complete impact assessments, collate, and provide process development inputs and construct implementation plans for roll out into ODP and corresponding Delivery Partners when impacted. You will be response for identification of any risks or issues associated with establishment of a new process or product and providing recommendations to the Executive Manager - PMO on mitigation strategies.

You will also be working closely with all parts of the ODP team, collating key problem areas and working to operationalise process changes both with Delivery Partners and with key internal stakeholders, including making sure enablement material is available for all parties, to mitigate and resolve key challenges identified across the team
