Attekus is looking for a talented Implementation Consultant to join our growing team This is a remote role open to candidates across Australia and New Zealand, with occasional travel.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and managing all aspects of Bookable implementations for our customers, ensuring smooth adoption of our bookings, event registration and ticketing, event management, and appointments solution.

Working closely with customers to scope, document, train, and configure the software to meet their needs.

Providing professional training and support to help customers maximise their use of Bookable.

Collaborating with internal teams to identify and suggest enhancements that improve our solution.

Managing projects with clear documentation, scheduling, and customer communication.

What We're Looking For

Consulting experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or SaaS deployment.

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – to engage effectively with customers and teams.

Self-motivated and independent worker, who also thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Experience with ERP financial systems (TechnologyOne or Civica Authority experience is a plus).

Knowledge of local government and/or government facilities booking or event software is highly desirable.
