We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Implementation Manager to join leading and well-known Insurance provider, who are undergoing a significant technology transformation to enhance our operational efficiency and customer experience. This role is crucial for the successful delivery of our enterprise software projects, with a specific focus on implementing and optimising core platforms that will cover the likes of CRM and ERP systems. You'll work closely with internal business units to ensure these mission-critical projects meet our strategic goals and deliver tangible value across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of complex enterprise software solutions, particularly within the CRM and ERP space.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders from various departments (e.g., Underwriting, Claims, Finance) to define project scope, gather requirements, and manage expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies tailored to the insurance sector.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and our technical teams, ensuring clear communication and a smooth project lifecycle.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure a high adoption rate and seamless integration of new systems into existing workflows.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of deliverables, and facilitate a smooth handover to the internal support and maintenance teams.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale and enterprise level internal software implementation projects, with a strong emphasis across both CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Exceptional project management skills and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse internal teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g. Agile, PMP, Prince2) are a significant advantage.
  • An understanding of the insurance or financial services industry and operational processes is highly desirable.
