**About the Role**

Other key responsibilities include developing technical capability, resourcing to suit client and market demand, enhancing team performance and fostering communication and collaboration. The Team Leader will also work closely the sales team to nurture client relationships and help generate opportunities and successful sales outcomes.

**About You**

To be considered for this role you will hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant Engineering or technical discipline and have significant technical experience on power or water resource projects. You are an inspiring leader with a demonstrated track record within an engineering consulting business. Robust commercial acumen and effective communication skills are critical for success in this role.

Given the diversity of our clients and projects, there may be some local, national and international travel required.
