**About the job**

This is a full-time position working a 7/7 roster. The Operations Team Leader will be responsible for leading and coordinating our crew and the fish farming on our Central Operations crew. This will include all aspects of leadership including safety, people management, compliance (internal/external), risk management, and cost control.

Please note that Coxswain is an essential requirement for this role.
