**"NEWLY CREATED ROLE"** TEAM LEADER Required to join our TEAM - With NO Split Shifts - Early Morning starts - 5 days a week - Monday to Friday - Some Weekend shifts The Fresh Connection in the Hobart’s CBD in looking for “HANDS ON” MORNING Team Leader to join the team. This great opportunity revolves around working along side other team members and team leaders to assist management with day to day operation of the business. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES - Opening the business - Preparing the business for Breakfast and Lunch service - Daily ordering - Monitoring work flow - Staff training when required **REQUIREMENTS**: The person needs to be well organised, have good communication skills, be team focused and had a flair for detail and an understanding the sales process by building a good customer base. - need to have worked in similar role - have experience in high volume of coffee making - have food prep and sandwich making experience - good communication skills - understand of customer needs - understand work flow and adapting to high volume of customers If sounds like you please send a cover letter experience about what you have done and why you would good for the role. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 38 per week **Salary**: $45,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Hobart, TAS: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Certificate I - IV (preferred) **Experience**: - TEAM LEADER: 2 years (preferred) - Hospitality: 2 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: - RSA CERTIFICATE (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred)
