**Overview of the role**

With recent changes to the Trades Maintenance Roster to enhance maintenance activities across our site, we are now looking for two Electrical Team Leaders to lead this change. The opportunities are available in the Site Electrical team within the Asset Management Department:
As an Electrical Team Leader, you are responsible for providing leadership and mentoring a team of tradespeople; ensuring all planned electrical maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, cost effectively and safely. Additional responsibilities include managing equipment maintenance plans, condition monitoring and executing the maintenance strategies.

**Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to**:
Maintain full control over tasks performed in your area(s) of responsibility to ensure all planned tasks are completed in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Monitor team workloads to ensure optimum usage of labour.
Provide feedback to the Planner to ensure schedules are realistic, meet the customer's needs and where the schedule compliance wasn't met.
With assistance from the Operations Day Team Leader assist the Planner to prepare the weekly plan.
In collaboration with the Asset Management Superintendent actively review plans to ensure they are
logical, practical and realistic.
Plan and execute all unscheduled and breakdown work

**Qualifications, Skills & Experiences**:
Trade Qualification (minimum of Certificate III) is essential
Certificate IV in Frontline Management or experience working as a front line leader is desirable
Sound knowledge of Microsoft programs particularly Excel, Word and Outlook is essential
SAP experience is highly advantageous
