As a member of the Quality and Compliance team you will work collaboratively with your team members providing support to the Manager Quality & Compliance in the development and implementation of the APM Group’s quality and compliance frameworks.

As a Quality and Compliance Coordinator you will partner with APM business units to provide expert advice and support related to all aspects of quality and compliance in particular ISO 9001:2015.

You will have FLEXIBILITY to work from home or from any APM office in any location in Australia or from both.

**What you’ll do**
- Build positive and productive working relationships with Quality representatives across the APM business units
- Carry out day to day Quality Assurance (QA) functions to support the Manager Group Quality and Compliance
- Support the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the APM Quality Management system in particular ISO 9001:2015 and other quality systems required by our customers
- Provide a high level of expertise in review and recommendations for harmonisation of quality system documentation across the various APM businesses
- Support the Manager Group Quality & Compliance with internal audits, review and reports related to compliance.

**What you will bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in Management, Human Services and/or demonstrated leadership experience in a related discipline.
- Sound working knowledge of standards, legislation, systems, tools and methodologies relevant to the role.
- Experience in quality, compliance, and operational systems development in a professional services organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Experience supporting the development of reviewing needs and establishing, maintaining and monitoring compliance programs.
- Working Knowledge of regulatory material
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to review, analyse and organise documentation.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
