**About the role**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Coordinator to develop and improve systems and processes to ensure the quality of services provided.

This is an integral role that supports the oversight and coordination of the organisation’s compliance frameworks. This position liaises with all team members across the organisation and is required to be self-initiating in day-to-day work with an approach that is collaborative and inclusive.

**About You**
- Experience in managing the implementation of quality systems to ensure that quality outcomes are achieved
- Relevant experience in continuous quality improvement, internal auditing and risk management
- Experience in or an understanding in the identification and implementation of Compliance and Quality frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

**Salary**: $112,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
