**About the Role**:
Working with both the sales and operations teams, the Inbounch Sales Consultant will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound phone enquiry as well as any written and digital communication customer enquiries. The primary function of the role will be to control the customer journey and provide a smoother and more efficient process through booking both call back requests and creating direct customer appointments within our multiple member centres and sales team members located across Australia.

**Your main tasks, responsibilities and targets include but are not limited to the following**:

- Ensure all inbound phone calls are answered within the SLA timeframes
- Requesting and managing call backs for customers from the appropriate team or staff member
- Working closely with both the sales and operations team to ensure a positive and efficient customer journey and process
- Provide insight and feedback around customer interactions and process suggestions
- Document and record all customer interactions within the note section of the CRM
- Ensure all customer enquires are responded to within the SLA timeframes. Communication includes inbound / outbound phone activity, written communication and other digital forms across multiple customer communication channels
- Treat every interaction with passion and purpose
- Maintain an unwavering high level of customer service in line with Splend’s values and passion for our members
