**Purpose of the Role**:
We're looking for a driven and confident **Inbound Sales Representative** to help accelerate MadeComfy's growth.
You'll sell our complete end-to-end management service, owning your pipeline from first enquiry through to signed partnership. You'll combine commercial acumen with empathy and care, delivering consultative sales that build long-term relationships and genuine customer success.
**Your Day-to-Day**:
- Manage your inbound leads from enquiry through to signed listing.
- Qualify and nurture prospects, identify opportunities, and close business confidently.
- Deliver a great first impression that builds trust and sets the tone for long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with our Onboarding and Operations teams for a seamless owner experience.
- Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Champion customer success, your goal is to help owners thrive.
**What You'll Bring**:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in property, hospitality, or a fast-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with people.
- Excellent organisation and follow-through, you keep momentum across multiple leads.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with confidence to own outcomes.
- Goal-driven energy and creativity to deliver consistent results.
- Interest or background in short-term rentals, real estate, or property management is a plus.
