**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Work close to home in Kellyville Ridge in this exciting Property Officer/Leasing role, with career progression in a growing organization
- Conduct 'open home' inspections, also on Saturday's if required.
- Assist with preparing reports.
- Complete detailed ingoing and outgoing property condition reports
- General support to the property management team
- Admin support, entering files and preparation of leases.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A current Certificate of Registration or License
- Experience in a similar position is ideal (but not essential)
- A high level of initiative, organisation, time management and customer service skills.
- Have a reliable motor vehicle and valid drivers license
- Have an energetic and enthusiastic personality and be passionate about real estate
