**The Organisation**

Our client is a family-run private owner. Established for over 40 years, their expertise lies in industrial lands, warehouses and business parks. Their services include property management, property investment and project management. They have offices based in North Sydney, Lane Cove and Seven Hills - this position will primarily be based from the Seven Hills Office.

**The Role**

As the Property Manager, you will be involved with everything from negotiating large leasing deals to fixing a roof leak. Duties will include:

- Lead the process for new leasing deals and renewals
- Delivering the Strategic Asset Plan for assets in conjunction with the Development and Asset Manager
- Be the chief point of contact and liaison for all customer and property matters.
- Maintain and forge key relationships
- Routine building and estate inspections with the FM
- Administrative duties as required e.g. monitoring maintenance requests, invoice approvals etc

This is a full-time position which would suit an experienced Property Manager who is no longer interested in climbing the corporate ladder. This would also suit someone with an interest in property development, learning the workings of a property business, or someone who loves winning deals.
- Minimum 5 years' experience property experience, ideally in commercial and industrial
- Previous experience with a private owner, or institutional experience desirable
- Commercially minded with a hands-on approach
- Tertiary qualification in relevant area
- Strong ability to form new relationship and execute leasing deals
