**Ray White | Hills District** are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a **Leasing Officer**.

Whilst previous real estate experience is a distinct advantage, it's not essential. We are more interested in eager, motivated and passionate individuals. We can teach you the skills if you bring the right attitude

**Your duties will include**:
As a Leasing Officer, you will provide support to our greater property management team and will be an integral part of our organisation.
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc;
- Handling prospective tenant enquiries;
- Opportunities to assist with marketing collateral;
- Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements;
- Conducting ingoing inspections;
- Consulting with owners to help them maximise leasing potential;
- Diary management; and
- General administration.

**To succeed in this role you'll have**:

- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- Previous real estate experience (highly desired but not essential);
- Previous client relationship or account management experience;
- A real estate licence, or registration certificate (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- The ability to assist with the growth of the rent roll.
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of software platforms;
- A valid drivers licence; and
- A reliable motor vehicle.
