**About Our Client**:
My client has a critical role to WA's land development, you will be working with passionate colleagues who strive to further develop WA to be a destination hub,
- Negotiate short-term leases, licences and other property agreements.
- Assist with market rent reviews.
- Generate work orders and pay invoices.
- Obtain instruction from and provide advice to internal Development Managers.
- Consult with and manage external lessee's, consultants, contractors, local authorities and other parties.
- Provide general support to the Leasing Manager and Leasing Negotiator.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Experience within industrial, commercial or residential leasing
- Knowledge of property law, real estate legislation and industry procedures
- Want to work in an culturally driven environment
- Computer literate and able to use Word, Outlook and Excel
