Pine City Properties is a local boutique real estate agency that has been serving Brisbane's northside since 1970 and still growing. We're on the lookout for a friendly, organised Junior Property Manager looking to advance their career.

Key responsibilities include:


•  Acting as the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and contractors — both in-person and over the phone


•  Tracking rent arrears and outstanding invoices


•  Processing and preparing invoice payments


•  Supporting compliance activities and assisting during internal/external audits


•  Maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems


•  Supporting mid-month and end-of-month processes


•  Assisting with Property Management duties i.e. sending Form 9's and Form 11's along with general office tidiness and presentation

As this is an office-based position so there is limited work from home opportunities.
