They are enabled by Shared Services teams that have a large portfolio of responsibilities. Strategy forms part of the portfolio of Technology (IT), Sustainability, Health Services and Enterprise Portfolio & Change and is a key custodian and enabler on putting Zurich on the right path towards being Australia’s Leading Digital Insurer.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy, the Strategy Manager will support and guide ANZ across general insurance, life, investments and advice in growing, deepening our relationships with customers, improving the experience for customers/members and advisers/brokers; and ultimately providing peace of mind to more Australians.
- You will provide support to key leaders in various areas of the business or for specific project based initiatives. Your role will include gathering relevant external and internal information, assessing or identifying opportunities, designing solutions, managing stakeholders, driving alignment and outcomes and delivery of solutions where required.- Important to your success - let's grow together- Proven experience in corporate strategy or consulting environment, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector
- Robust examples of problem-solving skills, strategic thinking skills and a growth mindset, which will equip you to work independently and navigate ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to forge trusted stakeholder relationships across multiple levels in the business
- Excellent analytical skills including - data analysis, commercial investigations and generating insights
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects, prioritising tasks to execute on key deliverables
- Comfortable to present in front of small to large groups
- Experience working in an agile environment will be helpful, but not mandatory
