**Job Objective**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicating and implementing the company strategy internally and externally to align with overall business objectives
- Establishing a centralized program office to drive strategy development and implementation
- Leading the formal strategic planning process, including long-term trends and competitive intelligence
- Developing the business strategic plan, including a detailed operating plan to support objectives
- Collaborating with Leadership Team members to steer strategic initiatives with Managing Directors
- Monitoring strategic actions with appropriate metrics to measure progress towards objectives
- Leading regular Leadership synergy discussions with MDs and the Leadership Team
- Ensuring broad understanding of strategic goals and priorities across all levels of the business
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support key initiatives
- Facilitating key strategic initiatives from inception to outcomes
- Ensuring departmental planning projects align with organizational strategic priorities
- Developing inclusive planning processes for actionable and quantitative strategy milestones.
- Circa 5 years' strategy experience, preferably in management consulting or financial services
- Strong academic background in finance, business, or economics, MBA preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with senior levels of the business
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex topics and lead problem-solving from definition to implementation
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners and having led major initiatives
