**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking experienced and dynamic **Production Managers** to lead and optimise production operations. These roles involve overseeing end-to-end production processes, managing teams, and driving quality, efficiency, and safety standards. The positions are based in regional NSW and VIC, offering competitive pay and benefits aligned with industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Production Manager, you will:

- Lead and coordinate all production activities to meet operational goals.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Drive efficiency and minimise downtime through effective team management and planning.
- Foster a safe and collaborative work environment adhering to WHS protocols.
- Monitor production performance and implement improvements for optimal outcomes.
- Liaise with maintenance and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

**About You**

We’re looking for motivated leaders who bring:

- **Experience**: At least 5 years in a production management or supervisory role.
- **Qualifications**: Management or technical qualifications in production or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), quality standards, and sustainable practices.
- **Adaptability**: A proactive mindset to handle challenges in a dynamic production environment.

**Additional Information**
- Roles may include shift work or standard weekday schedules, with occasional travel.
- Pre-employment assessments, including functional evaluations, drug and alcohol testing, and vaccinations (as applicable), will be required.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
