**Strategy Manager - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

A unique opportunity is available for a highly experienced Strategy Manager, to join Domain’s Group Strategy team. You will be at the forefront of driving Domain Group’s evolution and growth ambitions, including execution of both big-bet organic and inorganic growth opportunities.

You will lead strategy projects and will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and senior leaders across the business to deliver impactful change.

In addition, you will be integral in supporting the development of the overall long-term strategy for Domain Group at Group level and across the Consumer Solutions and Property Data Solutions business units.

**Day in the Life**
- Orchestrate the annual strategic planning cycle in cooperation with the business leaders and the rest of the strategy team
- Work closely with the CEO and Executive Team to lead regular business performance reviews across the organisation to vary investment and strategic spend
- Develop actionable insights by conducting data driven analysis to support decision making

**Who are you?**

In addition will also have:

- Well developed problem-solving skills, in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and modelling capabilities
- Experience in M&A and commercial partnerships is desirable, but not essential
- Superior business acumen, financial modelling and negotiation skills
