This is an exciting 8 month contract, commencing mid-August, with the potential for permanency.
Our client is also open to the successful applicant working from home 2 days per week
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Recommending and authorising membership decisions
- Ensuring appropriate escalation for queries and providing all relevant information to person managing escalation
- Ensuring the system is actioned in date order and on first contact
- Providing assistance to other Healthcare sections when required
- Provide internal customer service support
- Extensive administration and data entry
- Adhere to company polices and procedures
Experience within customer service roles/industries will be highly regarded.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Private health insurance experience beneficial
- Exceptional administration and data entry experience
- A customer-centric personality and approach to work
- Ability to meet set deadlines
The salary available for this role is $61,000 package, and the role is available for commencement mid August.
