The Manufacturing Division of the CFMEU is seeking an experienced membership officer to assist our membership team and to work closely with our organisers. Situated in our Carlton based National office, this is an ongoing Casual position.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain member database.
- Receipting and processing of dues.
- Process membership transactions including new members, financial transactions, and resignations.
- Ensure workflow processes are actioned in a timely and consistent manner
- Assist with any other ad hoc Membership and Administration tasks, as necessary.

**SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Experience using iMIS software (not necessary but advantageous) or a membership database system.
- A demonstrated commitment to trade union principles.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft suite including Excel and Word.
- Ability to work autonomously and achieve results with your team.
- High accuracy data processing.
- Experience prioritising workloads.
