
Membership Development Coordinator

This exceptional opportunity involves working collaboratively with a national membership-based organisation in the health sector to drive growth and improvements. You will foster and develop membership relations, work strategically as part of the team, and maximise membership engagement.
Key responsibilities include coordinating State and Territory Committee meetings with key stakeholders, utilising salesforce database to drive membership engagement, and responding to membership enquiries.
The role also involves proactively engaging with members, supporting events, refining the member value proposition, and developing strategies for growth and acquisition of new membership groups.
Strong interpersonal skills are required to build trusting and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring successful outcomes.
Additional requirements include experience working with membership databases and CRMs (Salesforce an advantage), attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, well-developed administration skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary for this role, along with the ability to work collaboratively and supportively in a team environment.
Flexibility and ability to manage competing demands are also essential.
