The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) trains, educates, and represents psychiatrists across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. We deliver specialist medical education and lifelong learning programs, with a strong commitment to reconciliation and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

**The role**
We’re looking for an organised, proactive administrator to join our Education and Training team. You’ll be the go-to person supporting psychiatrists on their professional journey, from admission to Fellowship through to Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Every day will bring variety:

- Responding to member enquiries with care and clarity
- Managing enrolments, records, and program documentation
- Supporting audits, events, and CPD projects
- Helping shape resources (bonus if you’ve got InDesign skills)

**About you**
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have administration or education experience (membership organisations a plus)
- Communicate clearly and love providing great service
- Balance priorities with ease and keep the details sharp
- Are tech savvy (MS Office essential; InDesign desirable)

**What we offer**
- Base salary $57,000-$68,000 + leave loading and 12% super (pro rata).
- Hybrid and flexible working
- A paid day off each month (pro rata)
- 12 weeks gender-neutral parental leave
