**Qualifications & experience**
- Must have exceptional organisation and time management skills, ability to multitask and a high attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook). Ability and flexibility to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Account coordinator required for busy 3PL warehouse in Port Melbourne. Liaise with customers and filter information to warehouse management and staff. Responsible for all data entry into WMS as well as inventory control. Customer service enquiries and reporting to warehouse manager

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC 3207: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel (required)
- WMS (preferred)
- In a similar role (required)
