Currently we are looking for a Recruitment Support Co-ordinator to provide essential support to the Recruitment, Marketing and Administrative functions of the business through our continued expansion.
We are open to consider casual, part-time or permanent people for this role
**In this role you will**
- Provide support to the technology recruitment function
- Support marketing activities
- Provide administrative support to the business
**Your Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
Recruitment
- Create Jobs in ATS
- Create Job Ads
- Proactive outreach to potential clients
Marketing
- Support strategy development
- Create campaigns
- Create content
- Create posts
- Maintain posting schedule
- Updating website
Admin
- Help populate and maintain CRM
- Support management correspondence
- Support new staff onboarding
**You**
- Have experience in recruitment
- Have experience in marketing/social media content generation and posting for business
- Are experienced in customer service roles
- Are a people person
- Have excellent attention to detail (Essential)
- Are based in Melbourne (Hybrid role)
