**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing our marketing strategies to elevate our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive growth. You will take the lead in creating innovative marketing campaigns and content that resonate with our diverse clientele, particularly focusing on expanding our digital presence and enhancing customer engagement across various channels.

**As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for**:

- Develop and expand our social media presence, aligning content and campaigns with organizational goals to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Implement, manage, and report on commercial marketing activities, including high-impact market excitement campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
- Prepare detailed weekly marketing reports that analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead the execution of our comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan and manage the calendar of key marketing activities, ensuring seamless integration across all platforms.
- Formulate and refine marketing strategies, including pricing, promotion, product positioning, market placement, and sales tactics to maximize market share and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to synchronize activities and ensure the successful launch of new products and initiatives.
- Utilize integrated marketing techniques to effectively promote new product testing, launches, channel coverage, retail visibility, and other key business drivers.
- Support the maintenance, development, and optimization of internal tools, including databases, intranet sites (e.g., partner portals), and the public website to enhance internal communication and customer engagement.
- Efficiently manage campaign budgets by accurately estimating monthly costs, monitoring expenses, and reconciling any discrepancies to stay within budgetary constraints.
- Conduct in-depth market research on keywords, consumer trends, and competitive brands, compiling comprehensive marketing research, competitive analyses, and campaign results to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive the execution of market objectives, policies, and programs through competitive analysis to support the company’s growth and development objectives.

**Skills and experience requirements**:

- A qualification in Business or Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar marketing role.
- A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messaging.
- Mandarin language skills are highly regarded and beneficial for targeting specific market segments.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO, KOL (Key Opinion Leaders), Google AdWords, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and other digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing and social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
- A strategic, target-oriented, and data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills to measure the success of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
