This is an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team as a **Marketing Specialist** and be part of a rapidly growing organisation - it's an invitation to be part of something exciting. This newly created position reports directly to the National Marketing Manager on a permanent full-time basis and is based out of our office in Keysborough.

**About the role**:
We're looking for a marketing generalist to support the team across several marketing initiatives and projects. You will work alongside a close knit team of other marketing specialists and work with our creative, media and digital agencies to help deliver great customer experiences and communicate our products and values Australia wide.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Campaign and content project management
- Website and digital channel maintenance
- Social media maintenance
- Event coordination
- Display & merchandise coordination
- Product launch coordination
- Other exciting projects as needed

**About you**:

- Confident project manager and excellent communicator
- Comfortable leading and supporting projects from concept to delivery
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and agency partners
- Skilled at delivering to tight deadlines
- A background in social media and website maintenance is ideal (but not mandatory)

The position will suit someone who is ready to take the next step up from a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Coordinator level. You will ideally have a marketing background, either agency based or brand side. A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field is preferred.
