**The Company**
The business is privately owned and located in West Sunshine. The company’s core business has been supplying a range of different products in the food & retail sectors including flexible packaging and sustainable retail packaging solutions. A real focus for the business is centred around driving sustainability into the market, which has proven most successful for the business, and over time, enabling new opportunities in the ever-growing fashion industry.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Managing Director & General Manager, this role will be a key contributor to the development of strategic, data-driven marketing and some digital marketing campaigns, ongoing product development, and innovation, go-to market programs, sustainability programs, lead generation and elevating the brand narrative in market. The role will have a genuine impact on not just implementing marketing strategy, but driving sustainability plans for the business - conducting market research to plan and promote all areas of their brands.

We are recruiting two Marketing Specialists positions:
a) This Marketing Specialist will lead marketing activity for the flagship packaging brand (food, retail customers)
b) This Marketing Specialist will support the scale-up of a fashion brand as it builds out marketing capabilities to a new and exciting market.

Both Marketing Specialist roles will work together and be responsible for supporting the wider sales, operations, product and leadership team, to drive the company's brand & product awareness in the marketplace.

**Day-to-day responsibilities include**:
**Support one another by developing the Marketing strategy that’s currently in place -shaping the future of marketing for the business**
- Ensure all brand guidelines and documents are cohesive and master brand documents are up to date
- Execute multiple marketing programs and campaigns - focusing on print, ATL, social, SEO and paid media
- Graphic Design management - eDms, social tiles, sales presentations, artwork
- Monitor campaign metrics and reporting back on campaign performance
- Event Planning including all major exhibitions
- Write content and effective copy for multiple platforms, including social media and the maintain the website
- Managing stakeholders across multiple business functions.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a Marketing Specialist role in a packaging B2B, retail or FMCG environment
- You'll have proven experience working autonomously
- Demonstrated analytical and reporting experience
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategy

In order to be successful for this role you must have a full-drivers license as they are based in Sunshine West
