Are you passionate about dogs, adventures, team leadership, and creating operational excellence delivering premium pet services for dogs and their owners?

We’re on the lookout for a driven and experienced individual to take the lead on growing and optimising our territories, ensuring the highest standards of care, efficiency, and safety across our teams.

**Doggy Walking** is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced, proactive leader to step into a new role that blends **on-the-ground operations, staff training, and territory growth strategy**.

This is your chance to shape the future of pet care in Sydney and beyond—by ensuring our walkers are safe, our routes are optimised, and our service is second to none.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As our **Territory Growth & Operations Lead**, you’ll:

- **Find**, **Train and develop staff**: Deliver field training and ongoing support to dog walkers and sitters, ensuring consistency, safety, and confidence.
- **Oversee field quality control**: Conduct site visits, service checks, and staff feedback sessions to ensure every adventure meets our brand promise.
- **Build operational systems**: Ensure route efficiency, staff coverage, safety protocols, and high service standards in each area.
- **Drive cost and time efficiency**: Implement strategies for hazard reduction for staff, owners and the community and streamlined service windows.
- **Support team communication**: Act as the central connection between our office team and field staff, ensuring none of our beloved doggy's or staff member is left behind
- **Lead local territory strategies**: Help establish the foundation for new service areas -from recruitment, onboarding to client experience and presence in the area

- **Leadership and coaching skills** - you can guide a team, motivate them, and hold a high standard.
- **Operational thinking** - you see inefficiencies and fix them before they become problems.
- **Field-based mindset** - you’re happiest on the move, not stuck behind a desk.
- **Clear communicator** - you can give feedback with empathy and instructions with clarity.
- **Ambition and initiative** - you don’t wait to be told what to fix—you’ve already spotted it.
