This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the worlds largest mining operators in Australia.

Bring your expertise to the table as the Change Management Specialist on a 12-month contract with high likelihood of extension.

With global projects across a number of commodities, you will become part of a new critical monitoring hub project team based in Brisbane, where innovating and forwarding thinking approaches will be made to help control the material risks.

This newly established team will focus on facilitating and participating in design thinking workshops and consolidating requirements from stakeholders into the design concepts. You will be required to develop written project component plans for the component of the project and will collaborate and assist in all other aspects of the project design and development during this phase.

**What are we looking for?**

The following experience and skillset are mandatory for this role:

- Develop and manage 'Management of Change Plan'
- Manage stakeholder engagement and feedback plan
- Facilitate project workshops with other team members
- Collaborate with other team members regarding system integration, user interface designs etc.
- Experience in delivering MoC to large or complex projects in the past.
- Qualified in Prosci - ADKAR or similar MoC frameworks.

You will have the opportunity to utilise your advanced engagement and collaboration skills in managing stakeholder relationships. Likewise, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and a high standard of oral and written communication skills.
