We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our education sector as a Change and Communication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving organizational change and managing effective communication to stakeholders to support the data and information management improvement practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the successful implementation of new initiatives and programs
- Lead communication planning and execution to ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders so issues can be adress quickly.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and external partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that changes are integrated and communicated effectively
- Develop and deliver training and support to help stakeholders understand and embrace changes

**Requirements**:

- Degree, training or relevant experience equivalent in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in change management
- Proven ability to lead complex change management projects from conception to successful implementation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices, including experience with communication planning and execution
- Excellent digital literacy and exposure to SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 personal and enterprise productivity suites
