Change and Training Specialist

We're looking for a Change & Training Specialist to support teams through a new ERP implementation. You'll work with finance, operations, and site staff to help them understand new processes and ways of working. This is a hands-on, practical role, ideal for someone who enjoys direct engagement, training delivery, and supporting people through change.

You Will:

  • Develop and deliver simple training and communication materials
  • Work alongside staff to support adoption of the new ERP system
  • Support change champions and site leads during rollout
  • Help coordinate readiness and cutover activities

About You:

  • 5–8 years' experience in Change, Training, or Business Readiness
  • Experience with ERP or systems implementation
  • Experience in manufacturing, or operational industries
  • Enjoys face-to-face coaching and communication
  • Based in Brisbane and able to work onsite 2–3 days weekly
