This National Company are leading equipment specialists in their field, supplying high quality PPE & safety products for personal protection in the workplace, offering a wide range of products with a high emphasis on customer service. Employees are offered a chance to grow and learn whilst being part of a successful business. Based at their North Brisbane store you will be working with a diverse range of customers promoting their products.

Working as a Retail Sales Representative in a small team and reporting to the Area Manager this role is responsible for:

- Promoting new products and initiatives
- Phone and counter sales
- Upselling products
- Development of in store and promotional material
- Stock management
- Safe handling of equipment
- Goods handling

In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

- Experience in a retail sales environment
- Strong focus on customer service
- Confidence in presenting products and services to customers
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Industrial and safety equipment knowledge would be highly advantageous
- A current Forklift License is desirable (not essential)
