Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Assistant located in Brisbane, QLD. The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, aiding customers in finding their dream gowns, and maintaining the store's visual standards. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming and engaging with customers, processing transactions, maintaining inventory, and facilitating online orders.

Qualifications

  • Must be available weekends, Saturday and Sunday
  • Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Retail Sales and Sales skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment and independently
  • Passion for fashion and providing a personalized shopping experience
  • Previous retail experience and knowledge of the bridal industry is a plus
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
